Really enjoyed the energy Chef Angela-Michelle brought to our class! We made some really great-tasting items and had a good time. My only bit of feedback would be that making three food items and a beverage might be one too many for the time and we felt a bit rushed. Perhaps one food item should be removed from the menu to keep a nice flow for 1.5 hours?

The instructor was wonderful! Very passionate about her trade It was a bit overwhelming to have four recipes to make in 60 minutes and I felt a bit rushed, but I did enjoy the class and the dishes were delicious!
