Cooking Class - French Breads in Houston

Great experience learning to make French bread with Stephanie. She made the class very enjoyable as well as giving excellent and detailed instruction. Her home was very pleasant and we even had the pleasure of taking bread home with us. Thanks Stephanie.

This French Breads baking class was my Mother’s Day gift to my mom and we had a great time with Chef Stephanie! :) Not only was it so cool to have a chef from the country of the cuisine, Chef Stephanie was very welcoming into her home, friendly, and encouraging during the class. Highly recommend! :)

The class given by Stephanie was great, would recommend; she was patient and pinpointed all the details, tips and alternatives in her recipes. I would definitely book a different class with her!

Chef Stephanie's French Bread class was very educational, and we had such a good time. She was patient and very informative. I enjoyed the hands-on portion as well as the treats she had available for us. We will definitely take the skills she taught us and make our own breads at home. 10/10 experience! I loved Chef Stephanie's cooking class! She is a great teacher and keeps an organized & clean kitchen. She taught us how to make two bread recipes & how to shape our bread into baguettes, epi, fougasse and several knots for our milk bread dough. We made dough and followed the steps until it was ready to bake, then baked it to perfection and got to enjoy sampling it! I would definitely take another class that she is offering.

Her steps to making bread were the easiest ones that I have seen. If you want to learn how to make bread efficiently check out her class. I have tried my recipes and she made them easy to recreate at home. They taste so amazing and I continue to crave this recipe.

I am writing this as I’m enjoying the delights of this evening’s class. The French Bread Class was our second with Chef Stephanie, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. She is a marvelous instructor and gives pro tips that create a-ha moments every time! The take-always are always delicious! We can’t wait to book another and take our friends.
