Chef James will utilize his impressive culinary expertise to provide a fun and enlightening tour of an artisan grocer followed by an incredible cooking experience that is sure to wow your senses. After selecting the best ingredients to create a fresh and seasonal pasta-centric menu, you will then venture from the grocer to Chef James' to begin creating four amazing culinary masterpieces with your hand-picked ingredients. A couple of recipes you can look forward to creating include authentic Italian pasta with seasonal vegetables, and a divine dessert: La quesada.

The Night in Spain personal chef experience was absolutely everything I hoped for and more it honestly exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, it felt like such a thoughtful, elevated, and immersive evening. The chef was phenomenal not only with the food (which was beyond delicious and beautifully presented) but also with the way they shared the story and flavors of each dish. It really felt like being transported straight to Spain without ever leaving home. Every detail was executed so well, and it made the entire experience truly memorable. It was one of those rare evenings where everything aligned perfectly the atmosphere, the pacing, the food, and the personal touch from the chef. I can honestly say it was one of the most amazing dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future and recommending Cozymeal to friends and family. Great, intimate experience. Food and cooking class were excellent. Pre-meal snack was lovely. Chef James really knows his stuff and was really patient explaining everything. Market tour was pretty short and could be better structured.
