In this fun-filled, hands-on class, Chef Shinya teaches you the techniques and skills to host your very own sushi party. This culinary gathering is guaranteed to satisfy everyone regardless of dietary preferences.
The class will guide you step by step all the way through the process from making a shopping list to choosing the right ingredients to preparing everything from scratch. Chef Shinya will even give you the opportunity to get acquainted with the complex flavor and sweet, pungent quality of fresh wasabi loaded with antioxidants.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
