In this class, you will learn to create and master the art of the five mother sauces essential to assembling an outstanding French meal.

Your experience begins by learning to whisk together a creamy bГ©chamel. Continue by crafting a light, yet hearty veloutГ©, a luscious espagnole, a classic tomato sauce, and a silky hollandaise.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
