Spanish cuisine has an aroma of amor that sets the scene for a dreamy date night in this hands-on class hosted by Chef Adam. You will work together to prepare classic Spanish dishes that are fresh, abounding with flavor, and romantically rustic.
A classic gazpacho kicks off the evening as you hone knife skills with a refreshing shrimp ceviche to follow. Move into warmer territory with grilled flank steak slathered in an invigorating chimichurri sauce. End the class with cinnamon sugar churros accompanied by a velvety chocolate dipping sauce.
