Are you hungry for a modern twist on your traditional holiday menu? In this class, Chef Daniel shakes up tradition with a compilation of recipes and techniques customary to different cultures during the holidays.
Change your traditional way of serving turkey as you learn the skills needed to create tender turkey paillard topped with an exquisite marsala-based sauce. You will also enjoy a Middle Eastern apple and celery salad, Colombian coconut rice, and Italian red potatoes with red onions.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This wide range of experiences influences and informs his food on a daily basis, enabling him to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.
