Practice pasta making in a clear, step-by-step format.
Prepare classic Italian recipes in this interactive cooking class in NYC. With guidance from Chef Emily or a resident chef, you’ll make handmade linguine, cook clams in white wine sauce and assemble prosciutto wrapped melon. You’ll finish by baking a fig and raspberry crostata while learning dough handling and baking fundamentals. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
