Roll like a pro and master sushi night in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Harold.
With more than 20 years of sushi-making experience from California to Boston, Chef Harold will break down the techniques that turn simple ingredients into delicious rolls. This class focuses on inside-out rolls (uramaki) and hand rolls (temaki), giving you the skills to confidently recreate your favorites at home.
Start with a comforting bowl of miso soup before diving into the art of rolling. You’ll craft a crispy shrimp tempura hand roll, a flavorful sweet potato hand roll and finish strong with a spicy tuna roll. Book your cooking class today!
