Overall we had a great experience! We cooked sushi, chicken on a stick, and tempura veggies. I learned that dipping your hands in rice vinegar helps to keep the rice from sticking. The one thing that I would suggest as a point of improvement would be to have the kitchen fully prepped and set prior to our arrival. The class started late as a result of this and for a good chunk of time the prep staff were clanking and banging items which made it hard to hear chef instructions. However I would participate in a future class and recommend to a friend.
