What You'll Do

Modest bites prepared in Italian style make for a lavish culinary workshop.

This in person cooking class with Chef Aaron is your opportunity to explore the aperitivo culture of Italian dining. Taking cues from Venetian dining traditions, the menu you'll create brings together a selection of appetizer-style creations you'll adore.

In this session, you'll discover how easy it is to make your own focaccia using wholesome ingredients and fresh herbs for flavor. Create sgagliozze, a savory combination of fried polenta with tomato and cheese, as well as fresh crostini topped with salami handmade. You'll also prepare baccalà mantecato, a regional specialty consisting of whipped salted cod with lemon and parsley.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a blast! We had so much fun learning and laughing with Chef Aaron - I had never made pasta and it actually turned out! He gave us lots of tips and tricks and the recipes he shared with us were so good. He shared stories of making pasta with his grandmother and I can’t wait to share what I learned with my granddaughter! We would definitely take a class with him again.

We had the most fantastic time at the pasta quartet. The pasta varieties were perfect. This experience exceeded our expectations! Chef Aaron was knowledgable, fun, engaging, and the food was outstanding. The other people in our class were really fun too, which was an unexpected surprise. I’ve already recommended this to several people. We had a blast!
