WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create authentic Italian dishes in this culinary session with fresh pasta from scratch.
Bring the craft of Italian pasta making to your kitchen in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mimi. The focus throughout is on technique – understanding dough, developing feel and building the kind of confidence that makes fresh pasta genuinely achievable at home.
You'll begin by hand-chopping the components for a crisp Italian chop salad dressed in Chef Mimi's house vinaigrette. Then it's hands into the dough – mixing, kneading and resting fresh pasta before rolling and cutting fettuccine by hand and folding and sealing ravioli with your choice of seafood or cheese filling. A creamy Alfredo sauce comes together in the pan while the pasta cooks, and warm garlic bread goes into the oven alongside. The culinary session closes with layering a classic tiramisù.
