Celebrate Thanksgiving with bold recipes and elegance.

Give your holiday a fresh twist in this modern Thanksgiving cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area). You’ll learn to prepare turchetta, a porchetta-style turkey breast that’s juicy and full of flavor, along with roasted green beans and sweet potatoes. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
