WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enjoy a flavorful evening inspired by Portugal’s cuisine.
Experience the bold flavors of Portugal in this hands-on cooking class in Raleigh. Start with spicy piri piri chicken, craft perfectly crisp potato croquettes and prepare blistered Brussels sprouts with savory chorizo. To finish, Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs will show you how to create leite creme, Portugal’s silky version of crème brûlée with a caramelized top. This flavorful cooking class in Raleigh offers a mix of comfort and adventure, making it a perfect evening for food lovers. Whether you’re exploring date night or a foodie outing, you’ll leave full and inspired.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
