Begin with shrimp scampi served over homemade spaghetti, brighten the menu with a salad of shaved radish, fennel and herbs, then bake a golden pear crostata topped with fluffy whipped cream. I Enjoyed this class so much! It was my first time, and the Teacher/ Chef and her Sous Chef made me feel so welcomed. I learned so much and had no trouble with anything due to the Chefs excellent explanation and teaching skills. I highly recommend this or any upcoming classes. Will definitely be back!
