You'll learn proper steak portioning for bistecca alla Fiorentina, then practice uniform vegetable cuts for classic minestrone before mastering bread preparation techniques for panzanella and precise biscotti formation. We enjoyed our ravioli making class, it was absolutely delicious! Tasha was a great teacher and we will definitely try this recipe at home. Our only feedback is that we went as a couple and didn’t love that our group was a foursome and that meant that other people’s hands were all over our food. I understand that some might come as singles and that’s absolutely great—we love meeting new people and sharing the table space with others is enjoyable. But not everyone adheres to the food handling rules and this was a bit off-putting. If the recipe could be split up for each person or twosome to have their own ingredients, we would have enjoyed it a bit more. Again, loved the recipe though.

The class was spectacular - the chef was very professional, instructions were clear, fun was had by all. And the macarons were delicious! The only issue we had was with Cozymeal. It said the class started at 9 when it actually started at 10, and that it would last 2 hours when it was actually a 3 hour class. The chef listed in Cozymeal was not the chef we had.

was NOT Cristina, but was fun. Only one complaint. When we were leaving, others from the class had copies of all the recipies of what we cooked, we did NOT receive this. Can someone send me a copy of the recipes from this class? thank you
