WHAT YOU’LL DO

Bring Downton Abbey flair to your kitchen with a luxury menu inspired by the movie.
Indulge in the kind of dinner Mrs. Patmore would be proud to serve in this hands-on cooking class inspired by Downton Abbey 3. Guided by a world-class chef, you’ll sear tender scallops with champagne beurre blanc, sauté vibrant green beans almondine, create light-as-air pommes Dauphine with truffles and end with the stunning île flottante. You’ll practice classic French skills and build a menu worthy of the aristocracy.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
