Create a Mexican fajita feast from scratch with carne asada, elotes and homemade corn tortillas.
This hands-on cooking class brings street food flair to your kitchen with authentic Mexican fajitas. Guided by a skilled chef, you’ll prepare traditional recipes such as creamy guacamole to serve as a dip or condiment. Then, expertly sear marinated steak for flavorful carne asada fajitas assembled with corn tortillas made from scratch. Finally, grill Mexican street corn slathered in a chile-lime crema and shredded cotija.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
For public cooking classes, menu changes cannot be made. For private events, most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request.
