Celebrate the season with a festive tamale-making cooking class in Carmel (Indianapolis). Learn the art of preparing fresh masa from scratch, then wrap and steam savory tamales like shredded pork with green mole sauce and cotija cheese, corn and poblano with pasilla sauce.
