Cooking Class - Farm to Fork Feast

What You’ll Do

Sign up for this chef-led session for fresh recipe inspiration this summer.

Discover delicious seasonal produce at this interactive cooking class and make a three-course menu to wow your guests. You’ll begin by combining watermelon and feta for a fresh appetizer before mixing spaghetti with salty bacon and sweet cherry tomato for a simple but flavor-packed entrée. A blueberry cornbread cobbler completes the meal.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Peter's culinary journey may have begun in Northern California, but it's taken him around the U.S., with stops in D.C. and Nantucket. He honed his talent in well-regarded eateries, eventually rising to the level of executive chef. His restaurant experience includes a stint at the Watergate Hotel. Now happily settled in Seattle, Chef Peter is often found sharing his skills in cooking classes and with local and national nonprofits.

Chef Jen was very good at explaining what we were doing, why we were doing it, and how to do it. We learned how to make 3 different French pastries and the dough to make the pastries. It was a good variety and introduction to French pastries.

The bread recipes were different and provided a good look at bread. We learned how to process bread in different forms, about proofing and allowing the yeast to act. I enoyed the class and the chef answered all questions during the class
