Learn the authentic way to prepare classic Korean bibimbap.
Chef Fumiko's culinary expertise in Korean cuisine is outstanding. In this hands-on cooking class, she'll share her knowledge and skills as you handcraft recipes from scratch.
You will be learning essential Korean cooking techniques as you prepare one of Korea's best well-known dishes: Bibimbap. Bibimbap is a rice bowl filled with all kinds of aromatic and fresh ingredients, including seasonal vegetables, thinly sliced meats and eggs. You'll also prepare a spicy tofu and chicken soup, Korean potato pancakes and a savory cucumber salad.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Fumiko was born in Japan and learned the art of sushi making at Tokyo Sushi Academy. She is also a certified sake sommelier and a graduate of the Sake Service Institute of Japan. Chef Fumiko creates healthy, Asian-style food and believes that anyone can cook amazing food if they are willing to learn.
