WHAT YOU’LL DO

Transport your taste buds to the French Riviera with this elegant culinary class.
Experience the culinary delights of the French Riviera in this immersive cooking class. Master the technique of pan-roasting chicken in a rich white wine sauce. Prepare a light salad of French lentils, goat cheese and crunchy walnuts. Enjoy fresh green beans tossed with fragrant herbs for a simple yet flavorful side. Finish with freshly baked Madeleines, filled with strawberry chantilly cream, for the perfect sweet ending.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
