WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create pastry-shop quality macarons with supportive guidance.
Master delicate French pastries in this hands-on cooking class in Raleigh. Learn how to make toasted almond macarons filled with honey cinnamon buttercream and strawberry macarons with matcha buttercream. Chef Megan or a resident chef will guide you through every step, from whipping the meringue to perfecting the bake and assembling your cookies. This cooking class in Raleigh is a great way to develop precision and confidence while making one of the world’s most loved desserts.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
