Bring classic Italian comfort food to life in this hands-on cooking class in Raleigh. Learn how to prepare tender brasciole, creamy polenta, garlicky sautéed greens and fragrant rosemary focaccia. Chef Megan or a resident chef will guide you step by step, teaching essential techniques for slow cooking, seasoning and balancing rustic Italian flavors. This cooking class in Raleigh is perfect for anyone who loves hearty, home-style meals inspired by Nonna’s kitchen.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
