WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enjoy learning rustic French techniques perfect for all skill levels.
Discover the charm of rustic French cuisine in this hands-on cooking class in Raleigh. Learn how to make French country chicken gratin, a crunchy apple and celery root salad and fragrant herbed rice pilaf. End the meal with silky chocolate pots de crème. Chef Megan or a resident chef will guide you through classic techniques like gratin preparation and custard-making. This cooking class in Raleigh is ideal for anyone who wants to bring the warmth and flavor of French home cooking to their own kitchen.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
