WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn the secrets behind incredible Spanish cuisine.
Rich Spanish flavors and incredibly aromatic scents make this hands-on cooking class irresistible. An esteemed chef will showcase the techniques behind flavorful Spanish fare, from perfectly roasting pork loin with a smoky romesco sauce to achieving an even crisp on roasted Spanish potatoes seasoned with Spanish paprika. For your final dish, you'll whip up an intriguing olive oil ice cream topped with almonds and chocolate curls.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
