WHAT YOU’LL DO

Recreate incredible Spanish flavors.
An incredible Spanish feast awaits in this immersive cooking class, where you'll prepare a comforting roast dinner. You'll kick things off with a juicy roasted pork loin paired with smoky romesco sauce. Then, roll up your sleeves for citrus and fennel-roasted potatoes infused with Spanish paprika before crafting a bold black olive salad. For dessert, you can indulge in silky olive oil ice cream topped with almonds and shaved chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
