WHAT YOU’LL DO

Whip up meals that are rich in both flavor and history.
Spice up your home cooking in this Mediterranean-inspired cooking class in Raleigh. With guidance from Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll roast chicken with preserved lemon, craft a bright carrot and feta salad and cook herby couscous with almonds. For dessert, learn to layer phyllo dough and bake pistachio apricot bites. This cooking experience in Raleigh is a great way to discover new ingredients and techniques you’ll want to use again.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
