Travel the globe through bread in this hands-on cooking class in Raleigh. Begin by baking Middle Eastern flatbread topped with dukkah for a nutty, aromatic bite. Then, create Italian focaccia infused with rosemary and roasted garlic before finishing with pillowy potato dinner rolls. Along the way, Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs will share expert tips on kneading, rising and baking. This cooking class in Raleigh is perfect for food lovers eager to explore global flavors in a fun, approachable way. Whether you join solo or with friends, you’ll leave with fresh bread and new skills.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
