In this cooking class, the essence of Tuscan hospitality comes alive as you learn seasoning balance while preparing osso buco with aromatic herb gremolata. You'll perfect the meditative stirring technique for rich Parmesan cheese polenta, a cornerstone of Italian comfort. Roasting broccolini with garlic and lemon adds brightness before you end with temperature-sensitive folding for mascarpone semifreddo. Let Tuscan flavors inspire your kitchen and book your place now.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
