WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enjoy the rustic charm of Italian autumn recipes.
Dig into fall comfort food with this hands-on Italian cooking class in Raleigh. Join Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs to make sweet potato gnocchi with brown butter and sage, then wrap chicken in prosciutto and finish it with a marsala wine sauce. For dessert, you’ll whip up espresso chocolate mousse with fresh whipped cream. This cooking experience in Raleigh is all about learning satisfying techniques and building a full, cozy meal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
