Step into the world of Chinese-American culinary tradition with this flavorful cooking class led by Chef Jake. You'll learn the secrets behind making General Tso’s chicken—perfectly crispy, coated in a tangy, sweet and mildly spicy glaze, then finished with toasted sesame seeds and fresh scallions.

Complement your dish with signature fried rice, a fragrant mix of jasmine rice, golden scrambled eggs, peas and carrots stir-fried to perfection. You’ll also master the art of rolling and frying artisan sausage egg rolls, filled with a savory blend of seasoned sausage, cabbage and crisp carrots. End on a sweet note with a classic fortune cookie, making this an unforgettable cooking experience filled with bold flavors and timeless techniques.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
