Fill your dessert table with treats from the British Isles in a cooking class honoring classic creations. Follow guided instruction from a five-star baker as you uncover the secrets of making a heritage Victoria sponge, gooey sticky toffee pudding and savory steak and ale pies that lend the session a dash of pub style!
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
