WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to prepare golden loaves of homemade bread.
Add new bread recipes to your repertoire with this cooking class. Joined by an esteemed chef, you'll practice mixing flour and water, forming dough and adding fragrant herbs and spices. Make roasted vegetable focaccia and rustic ciabatta to share with family and friends. Pair your creations with homemade herb butter.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
