WHAT YOU’LL DO

Experience the joy of creating unique and unforgettable Japanese-inspired desserts.
Experience the joy of Japanese sweets in this interactive cooking class, where you’ll create a trio of desserts. Learn to bake a cloud-like Japanese cheesecake, glaze chewy mochi donuts with bright yuzu flavors and pipe matcha buttercream onto strawberry cream cupcakes. This class is perfect for exploring the vibrant dessert traditions of Japan while picking up tips and tricks to elevate your baking game.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
