Chef Dean taught us how to make a variety of quick and easy Japanese dishes. The experience was amazing a Chef Dean was incredibly thoughtful and friendly during the class. Thanks Chef Dean!

We cooked a selection of Japanese dishes including multiple appetizers, a main entree, and a desert, all lactose free! Chef Dean was very pleasant and patient. He took time to make sure we were able to make each dish. A really fun evening!

We had a great time at the private Japanese cooking class with Chef Dean! The food was delicious, and the chef was friendly and welcoming. It was a fun and memorable experience — the perfect special day activity. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food and a hands-on culinary adventure!

Booked the class Korean Exploration with Chef Dean in Downtown Seattle (Evergreen)

With all of the prep work done by Chef Dean, we had hand made mandu (dumplings) with help, and guidance from Chef Dean, followed by bulgogi beef gimbap, and finally mini bundt style rice cakes with red bean past, flame grilled pineapple, nuts, and an amazing ginger sorbet. And he even packed the leftovers for us to bring home, along with printed recipes of everything so we can repeat the experience. We highly recommend this and Chef Dean if you are looking for a unique experience.
