The cooking class was fantastic! The instructor explained everything clearly and made the experience fun and interactive. I learned several techniques that I’ve already started using at home. The ingredients were fresh, the recipes were easy to follow, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone who loves cooking or wants to improve their skills!

Chef Andrea was an amazing host and patient instructor. :-) I never thought I'd be able to make passable raviolis, but he made it seem so easy. Everything was delicious and we had a wonderful time. Looking forward to taking another class with Chef Andrea!

We cooked 3 beautiful variations of raviolis and chef Andrea prepared an amazing appetizer, salad, and an absolutely stunning and delicate dessert for us as well! Chef Andrea created a warm, cozy environment and kept the chaos of teaching us all totally organized. What a truly unforgettable experience!

Ravioli from scratch! My husband, son and I took this class. Chef Andrea was so kind, welcoming and accommodating and made the class fun and easy to follow and learn. We had so much fun. It was all deciduous and the lunch was amazing. Really a great and fun afternoon!

We had a great experience with Chef Andrea! He made us feel very welcome right from the start. His stories from when he was in Italy and how he got into cooking were very interesting and made us feel connected! His recipes were amazing, and the gnocchi were butter-soft! Loved every bit of it! Can't wait to try these recipes again at home!

This was one of the best cooking experiences I have ever had and I did take many cooking classes. Location of the chef's house is so perfect: central, warm, and inviting. His kitchen accomodat6ed easily the 6 of us. Easy to follow recipes, lots of hands on. A wonderful way to meet strangers and share a meal. I went with my partner, and it was his first time taking a cooki8ng class. He loved it. The chef's stories about Italy and his family are making the class more authentic. Thank you

We love taking this class with chef Andrea, he taught us how to build our dough, gives us tips to be successful and we had such an amazing time learning how to make our own ravioli!! Chef Andrea was very personable. We loved the stories of how he learned his father's recipes and passes them on to his clients. The gnocchi and sauce recipes will be used by all of us. They were delicious...as well as the appetizer, salad and cake. We loved everything.
