Cooking Class - French Pastries With Fall Flavors

What You'll Do

Skill up and in create beautifully laminated French pastries

Dive into the world of French pastries with this interactive 3-hour cooking class. An expert chef will guide you through the art of laminating dough to achieve those flaky, buttery layers. You'll then explore your creativity by making turnovers with apple fillings, crafting palmier cookies and preparing the classic Kouign-Amann with layered sugar. By the end of this class, you'll have the skills needed to kick off your own bakery.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Bradford was the instructor but he was very good … very pleasant experience
