Chef Francesca is absolutely amazing. The smaller format cooking class where she graciously hosts in her home kitchen is a really great hands-on experience. Francesca allowed us to try some of the flavors of her hometown in Sardinia and didn't laugh too hard at my attempt to mirror her pasta folding skills.

We took Chef Francesca’s cooking class and learned so much! My partner and I are both vegan and had a surprisingly difficult time to find a vegan tailored cooking class option. I messaged Francesca to see if she could tailor her class to be vegan and she did, and it was incredible! The food was amazing and we were very impressed. We thought it would be awkward to take a class inside her home, but it was so comfortable and very clean. She is welcoming and lets you cook with her for a totally hands-on experience. Then, while she prepares the plating you can eat the appetizers you made and ask her culinary questions. She is super informative and generous with her knowledge. We highly recommend her class!

Francesca was nothing short of PHENOMENAL. She welcomed my partner and I into her home with such great warmth and care. She’s truly a passionate chef and loves what she does. The entire meal was delicious, the lemon/wine vinaigrette, the stuffed mushrooms (favorite), the fresh pasta and my our new favorite dessert, the white chocolate cocunut mousse with pistachios! HIGHLY RECOMMENED, we LOVED her! Such a sweetheart!

Francesca was wonderful! Every dish prepared was amazing. Easily the best Italian food I've had, or even heard of, it would be worth the price for just the meal, even without the lesson. She was very personable and was very easy to talk to about anything not just the meal at hand. It was an amazing experience learning to cook an authentic Italian food from scratch. She shared a lot of her personal cooking experience, which was awesome and extremely helpful.

Got this session as a gift for my sister in law and brother. They absolutely loved it. We are vegetarian and chef Francesca created a wonderful menu for them as well as a very interactive evening! Would definitely recommend her to everyone including vegetarians!!

Booked the class Pasta Making Class with Chef Francesca in Torrance (Northwest Torrance)
My four daughters and I did this class as a girls night out. We learned to make the pasta dough and how to roll and cut it. We made filling and sauce to go with it. It was very hands on and delicious!! Francesca is a wonderful teacher, explaining process and products as we worked. We all enjoyed the class and the meal.

I brought my partner to celebrate his birthday and found this incredible course where we made pasta (my favorite) and NY steak which is my partner’s favorite. We had such a good time and enjoyed learning and cooking with Francesca. She’s an excellent chef who knows exactly how to prepare a 5 Michelin star meal. Everything was perfect, and the food was hands down one of the best I’ve had…and I consider myself a foodie with a sophisticated palette. Thank you Francesca for helping us make this a memorable experience!

My husband and I have been wanting to take a cooking class for awhile. We love steak and Italian food so much so Chef Francesca's Italian steakhouse class piqued our interest. The drive was reasonable to Torrance from South LA. Parking was easy. Her home was so cute and clean and charming! Chef Francesca is such a kind, focused and effective teacher and coach. My husband Jeremy and I got to share the workload evenly. What I loved was how easy and fast the recipes were and how easy it was to time everything out while keeping a clean kitchen. The food was superb and we had amazing leftovers the next day. We had an amazing time and would go back to her or try another class with Cozymeal. I even love how she teaches earlier so that she can be a present mom, just an awesome lady. I feel like I can actually cook everything she presented. What a lovely experience. 10/10!! My girlfriend and I booked this for Valentine's Day - pasta making in the morning. We were a bit hesitant to walk into a stranger's home with other strangers (lol), but Chef Francesca made us feel instantly right at home. Not only is she an incredible chef and clearly experienced, but she has a kind, positive soul and clearly loves what she does. Her home is also sweet. Contemporary and heartfelt touches of Italy. She also had cheese and crackers for us to touch on - real parm from Sardinia. We cooked two dishes altogether and they were YUM; portions were generous too...did not eat the rest of the day. So satisfied. Would absolutely recommend and do this again.

Great experience with Chef Francesca. She was a great chef and a lovely host. Such a kind person, and such great food! One note, this class is not as hands on as others I have had in the past. Chef duties are shared, you are not making your own dish from start to finish. Not a bad thing, just important to know if you prefer one type of class over another. Also, the chef chooses your sauces beforehand, so if you’re dead set against any of the sauces, let her know and she can accommodate. Would recommend!
