WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to infuse your personality into each macaron with creative flavor combinations.
Elevate your baking skills in this chocolate macaron cooking class. Dive into the world of French patisserie as you learn to create these luxurious treats from scratch. Expert chefs will teach you the secrets to achieving the ideal consistency, flavor and appearance. By the end of the session, you'll have a box of your own chocolate macarons and the knowledge to recreate them at home.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
