Cooking Class - Journey to Northern France

Take a trip to France without having to pack a single bag

Enjoy a quintessential French dining experience through an immersive cooking class. An expert chef instructor will guide you through creating savory crêpes filled with ham and Gruyère. You’ll learn to make a herby compound butter to pair with asparagus and assemble a delicious seasonal salad. For a sweet French finale, we’ll bake a classic apple tart topped with a decadent brandy cream showcasing the cuisines of the Brittany and Normandy.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
