Cooking Class - Seasonal Summer Specialties

Prepare for backyard cookouts and summer soirГ©es with this cooking class. Join a gourmet chef who will guide you as you prepare a flank steak and dice a zesty relish from corn and tomatillos. Learn how to pit and slice stone fruit to serve with arugula and goat cheese. Dessert is a fruit-filled crГЁme fraГ®che on shortbread.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a good time, pasta and salad were delicious. Only suggestion will be to have some chairs we we can sit and eat instead of standing and eat.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports.
