Cooking Class - Fresh from Summer

Pick up new techniques and delicious recipes to share with family and friends.

Led by an esteemed chef, this cooking class features a full menu of flavor-filled dishes. Learn how to use seasonings and one-pan methods for a tender chicken and couscous dish. Master knife techniques for slicing tomatoes, pickled red onions and other vegetables. Bake a creamy cheesecake filled with zesty lemon and topped with a blueberry sauce.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a good time, pasta and salad were delicious. Only suggestion will be to have some chairs we we can sit and eat instead of standing and eat.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports.
