Cooking Class - Intro to Sushi Making

What You’ll Do

Polish your sushi skills with a focus on basic sushi making.

Sushi night just got even more exciting with this cooking class that focuses on the essentials of making finger-licking good treats. A Chef instructor will teach you about selecting the right rice seasoning, using fresh fish and whipping up dipping sauces. Master the art of making classic Spicy Tuna Rolls, refreshing Cucumber Rolls, and satisfying Veggie Hand Rolls. Give yourself a cool treat with some Matcha Ice Cream and Yuzu Mint Soda. The time to create delicious sushi creations and unforgettable memories is now!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!
