This dim sum class was fast paced but fun! You definitely had to pay close attention! Chef Deb was very knowledgeable however was stretched thin with 16 people in the class to help at once. Food was delicious- this was my 3rd cozy meal class and Iâ€™d be happy to try another again!

The class focused on wonton, gyoza and dumpling preparation. Overall, the skills and tips acquired were useful to repeat it successfully at home the following day. A big disappointment was realizing that the person leading the cooking class had no idea that the group was going to include 16 people. The leading chef appeared distressed by this and claimed they had no idea (I then wonder what purpose the reservation list has?) and had to be asked to set up two extra working stations so that everyone could enjoy the time we all paid for. Overall enjoyable experience, but several organization flaws were evident, which should/could be easily fixed in the future.

1. We cooked Indian food. 2. I learned cooking techniques I hadn't known previously and was introduced to kitchen gadgets that are now on my shopping list. 3. I most enjoyed being with the other people and sharing the task. 4. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in increasing cooking skills and wanting a fun night out.

Chef Anne was amazing. She made making croissants fun and exciting! She had fun stories and gave us LOTS of information regarding cooking and especially bread. I liked the way she taught the class.

Chef Anne was amazing. We had so much fun and enjoyed all the information she shared about baking bread and other classes. The ham and cheese as well as the almond croissants were delicious. Chef Anne broke down the steps into to easy, understandable steps. I look forward to trying on my own. Thanks for a wonderful morning.

The resident chefs were awesome! So welcoming and friendly. The kitchen space was bright, clean, and perfect for a group cooking setting. The chefs walked through each step, explained everything in detail, and always took the time to answer any questions we had. They also showed us a lot of neat little tips and tricks that we will definitely take back and apply when cooking at home. Great experience and cannot wait to do another class soon!

The finished product really wasn't all that good and the chef seemed a bit overwhelmed the whole time, but my kiddo had a good time which was the goal. I'd do it again.

Overall the class was great! Everything was set up and organized for us when we showed up and flowed easily. We were in a group of 4 (myself and friend were paired with 2 others) but we each were able to take part in each step of the process (for better for worse). The end product was tasty! I feel like I could do the process at home if I choose to, no longer intimidated by it.

Fun class, nice informative chef. The problem is that they did not send out the recipes of the meals we prepared. They said this was going to happen. I checked my spam folder.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

The Instructor was "world class" with supportive instructions and humorous analogies. Considering taking the class for a second time.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

We made pappardelle and ravioli. Overall the class was fun with who you were with but the chef instructor fell short of expectations. Instead of us each making our own dough, we were paired up in groups with strangers to make a big dough to be split (would have preferred our own dough). The chef was forgetful with steps, often citing â€œoh, I forgot to tell you to do thisâ€ which were often important steps. Chef tended to stay to one side of the room, telling other groups instructions and asking if we heard what he said over there. It did not feel like a very inclusive experience. Overall the dish turned out tasty and I learned what I came to learn but I would not do this class again and overall an okay experience.

This was not our chef. Class seemed disorganized. Did not feel like we cooked much. Instructions from the chef were sometimes unclear & she had to Keep referring to notes. Also when she would tell us to add butter or vinegar or whatever to what we were cooking, sometimes there were 2 containers of it with different amounts or 2 similar looking ingredients & she was unsure which was which.

The pastas we made were awesome! Though I donâ€™t think chef Christopher was the chef who taught usâ€¦ It was a fun class, but definitely wasnâ€™t the smoothest process along the way - lots of steps were missed being told to us, but everything turned out tasting good nonetheless!

We learned to cook pasta and my favorite parts of class was rolling out the dough as well as eating it. The chef seemed to be stressed and not the most organized. I would give another class a try with a different instructor.

Made tamales with someone that wasn't Christopher. The Chef was a bit abrasive, particularly towards other staff members. I didn't love how the groups got the same amount of food regardless of if there were 3 or 4 people per group. Seems like the groups of 4 then got less value which was the case of my group and we would've had 5 people but one of our coworkers wasn't able to make it. In that case, I would've been really upset, but we paid his fee so I feel like we didn't get the same value as other people. I've taken classes before where we make the food and then get to sit and eat it, that would've been more enjoyable than standing at the workstation and eating. Wish we could've pulled up some chairs and enjoyed the fruits of our labor. The staff did a great job of keeping our areas clean which I appreciated.

We did holiday treats with chef Becky. It was fine, but I didnâ€™t really like getting scolded multiple times and feeling like we were always scared to do anything because we would do it â€œwrongâ€. I donâ€™t think Iâ€™ll be coming back.

I believe this listing was incorrect. The menu and what we made was correct and delicious. But the listing made it seem as if we would be making the noodles for the Pad Thai. That was disappointing but the food was tasty

Chef was NOT Christopher. Ingredients on menu were not available as advertised (yet they were in available in local store). This shouldâ€™ve been disclosed the day before so we could reschedule. Chef was not very personable and did not seem to know the menu well. No chairs for sitting if needed and counter was too high (does not accommodate for disabilities under ADA).

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience at this class because they did not have our reservation or the reservation for one other couple, so they were scrambling the whole time to get ingredients and fit us into the class. Because they were rushing, the proportions that got measured out for our class were all wrong and we were having to improvise on the fly, compared to the other couples in attendance. The proportions were really small and we didnâ€™t eat anything until 8:45pm. The instructor seemed pretty flustered and didnâ€™t do much to teach us during the class or share stories to make us feel at ease. The food tasted good at the end, but definitely not the experience we expected, I would probably not take a class here ever again.

I thought the class was okay. I got more cooking tips from another participant. I felt like the female chef was very rude. Our chef was only interactive with one group. I was really expecting more.

The class and instructor were good. My only criticism is that I think too much is packed into the activity so you don't really do a full start-to-finish, hands-on recipe. And it would be great if the recipes were a chef favorite or the chef's master recipe so they don't rely on reading every single step.
