Her culinary experience has taken her from Pebble Beach and Florence, Italy to Costa Rica and New York. She is excited to share her culinary skills with you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn how to prepare an exquisite steak dinner with Chef Lena!
In this cooking class, Chef Lena will teach guests to prepare a magnificent multi-course meal with flavors from the land and sea. She'll begin the class with a fun scallop appetizer known as a scallop 'BLT' with pancetta, tomato, and garlic aioli. For the main, she'll show you how to grill a perfectly juicy sirloin filet with vegetable sides and a pretty red pepper coulis.
Dessert may include chocolate cake, chocolate-dipped pound cake, or a fruit tart. At the end of the class, everyone will sit down and enjoy the meal together in Chef Lena's lovely home in San Jose.
Guests are welcome to BYOB.
