Nothing comes close to the luxury of homemade pasta, though the process can seem intimidating. Learn to make your own with ease, guided by a world-class chef in this immersive experience. Along with multiple noodle shapes and styles, you'll prepare decadent sauces to smother the noodles for maximum enjoyment.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Brennan holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.

The class lasted only 1.5 hours not 2.5. There were no skills taught. Not even basic knife skills. It was like cooking a meal box that I could get delivered to my home. No, it was worse. Everything was already prepped. the only prep that we did was mince garlic and cut herbs.

I would have hoped they would have been able to roll out dough and measure ingredients to learn more. But my granddaughter had fun and loved the cookies.

We had Chef Brendan for the 7:00 PM class on 8/16. First off, this was a blast. There was a wide gamut of skill sets there, from newbies to people with plenty of experience. The chef did a fantastic job of leading this class, making everyone feel capable, and excited to eat the food! As someone who loves to cook, I learned eggs are denatured by sugar, how to poach eggs, and mustards helps emulsify oil. And this is the first thing I’ve cooked in so long that didn’t have garlic in it: I love garlic but what a cool thing. Plus, my date is a self proclaimed amateur in the kitchen and she genuinely enjoyed this. She’s gonna try one of the things even tomorrow. Hey Chef Brendan, I’m sorry I talked a lot with the person next to me about Reno! You did a great job. I’m looking forward to the next one.

It was not Chef Michael, but she was great! Seemed a tad rushed, maybe due to the large size of the class. She was friendly, and informative, and the food was delicious.

Hi! The chef was nice. She seemed VERY nervous. The dough was premade for the yeast donuts. A bummer. We cooked on kind of a camping burner. Really hard to keep grease at the right temp. Everyone’s donuts were raw inside (tester), then burnt on the outside to get them done. Started with what felt like a 20 min delay (speech) waiting for another group that didn’t show. Finished 30 min late. Felt rushed. Sad. Wanted this to be so yummy and educational.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
