WHAT YOU’LL DO
Enjoy a fun culinary experience in this authentic, from-scratch holiday tamale-making class.
Create new holiday traditions while preparing handmade tamales. With instruction from a five-star chef, explore the process, from using your hands to make fresh masa, to creating two distinct fillings and crafting authentic sauces. Sip perfectly-spiced champurrado, or Mexican hot chocolate, as a compliment to this special experience.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef’s were great and the class was fun. Will definitely attend another class.

The real chef was great - this cozy meal service was awful. I wandered around the mall for 30 minutes trying to find the correct store/location. The details was seriously lacking with cozymeal. All cozymeal did was advertise and charge for another businesses class.
