Authentic French croissants are in the spotlight in this hands-on cooking class, where you'll be guided through recipes and techniques to craft buttery, flaky croissants. To begin, you'll make classic croissant dough and learn how to get those perfectly light layers. Then, handcraft two types of croissants and enjoy your creations!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had a resident chef. Written recipes were not provided. The instructor was disorganized. There were 16 people in class when the work areas look designed for just 8 people. Because there were so many people, there wasn't enough dough to go around. What you show in photos is not at all what was made in class! This was a waste of money.
