Cooking Class - Vegan American Classics
Create stunning vegan versions of classic American food from scratch.
Transform classic American favorites into vegan dishes in this engaging hands-on cooking class where Chef Maggie will guide you through a menu of four vegan recipes. To begin, create crispy cauliflower bites smothered in a homemade buffalo sauce and served with vegan ranch dip. Next, cook up golden-brown zucchini fritters to dip in a bright handmade berry sauce, and mix a vegan Caesar salad topped with vegan Parmesan cheese and briny capers. For dessert, Chef Maggie will teach you how to make vegan vanilla cupcakes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The American Vegan cooking class with Chef Maggie was excellent. She arrived a bit early and was super organized. She has a wonderful personality and the food was sooo good. We cooked the barbeque cauliflower with ranch sauce which was so tasty. The cupcakes and icing were perfect. The zucchini fritters were great and the caesar salad was wonderful. We had so much fun, what a great evening!!!

We had a great time with Chef Maggie! She was fun and energetic, and made us feel very comfortable. We are not vegan but we really enjoyed both eating and learning about the food we were preparing, and she suggested several options to try in the future. Thank you, Maggie!
